Get ready for GROW UP
Two readings and a Nashville Shotz!
I’ll be in two readings this weekend! First up is Sarah Ruhl’s The Clean House with Nashville Rep at OZ Arts on Saturday, January 12. Then on Sunday, January 13, I’m in Trauma Queen by American Idol Crystal Bowersox and two-time Pulitzer Prize nominee Willy Holtzman with Studio Tenn.
On Thursday, January 17 I am producing SHE/HER/HERS with Nashville Story Garden. Based on Shotz created by Amios, we gave writers three conditions they have to include in their short plays and a cast for which they need to specifically write. The results are inspiring! And to sweeten the deal of a $10 ticket, Megan Murphy Chambers will be entertaining us between plays! All proceeds will benefit BriteHeart.
You're Still Here with Theater Bug
I am honored to be working on this beautiful brand new show with The Theater Bug. I have been a big fan of Cori and the work her company creates since I first moved to Nashville! This is an amazing theater company! Come see this show July 28-29, August 2-5.

SURVIVED BY
I had the honor of reading Evelyn O'Neal Brush's new work SURVIVED BY as part of the Writing Room series with Nashville Rep. It was a sold out house - thanks to all who came to support new works!
2017 Ingram New Works Festival
Rally/Cry!
I had the pleasure of reading in new works by Aaron Munoz and Nate Eppler for RALLY/CRY: A theatrical attempt to articulate the unthinkable circumstances in which we find ourselves and the first steps toward navigating this new world together.
Mr. Mysterio Podcast
The Mr. Mysterio Podcast has launched! Subscribe and like us! As the NASHVILLE SCENE says:
The inaugural episode of the twice-monthly show, which launched July 20 and can be found on iTunes, proves the podcast will be more than just some rando reading horoscopes into a microphone. The first episode gently pushes you into the world of Mr. Mysterio, an insecure yet witty character, and begins what has the potential to turn into a long narrative. It's the story of someone looking to connect — something we can all relate to — and it all happens at a video rental and tanning place.
The podcast is created, written and produced by Mark Lemley and edited and produced by Tasha A.F. Lemley, who is also the founder of The Contributor. The show features the voices of Aaron Muñoz, Evelyn O'Neal Brush, David Ian Lee, Lauren Berst, Chris Bosen, Tamara Todres, Colin McCann, Chris Brush with sound Engineering by Chris Brush and some additional direction by Evelyn O’Neal Brush and Music by Winston Harrison.
Ingram New Works Festival with Nashville Rep
So happy to have been a part of Nashville Rep's Ingram New Works Festival. I had the good fortune to read in ROCKET SCIENCE by Rebecca Gilman, directed by René D. Copeland and THE SECRETARY by Kyle John Schmidt.
The Weekend Detectives
Just wrapped an episode of the Weekend Detectives directed by Kristin McCarthy Parker. Can't wait to see the series, Natalie and Max are hilarious!
The Where Project
The Ultimate WingWoman Challenge
The Ultimate WingWoman Challenge
Pleased to announce the release of The Ultimate WingWoman Challenge! Two smart women who are completely inept at meeting men (based on a true story). Created, produced and directed by Amy Kersten and myself.
The Latest
Spring is nearly here. It feels like we’re all at the starting gate waiting for the bell to sound so we can start running...or maybe that’s just me.
The good news is that I have been able to distract myself during the cold with projects and work! As I mentioned above, The Ultimate WingWoman Challenge is out today. Working on that was a ridiculously good time. Amy Kersten is a creative, supportive, hilarious partner. And there will be more UWWC once she gets back from doing a play in China. Yes, China. We also need to give a big shout out to Heather DiPietro (our DP), Michael Propster, Michael Fulvio, Zac Hoogendyk (our prey) and Jenna Panther. And, of course, thanks to the Roebling Inn for letting us take over the bar for an afternoon.
I’ve also had the good fortune to work on some voiceover projects recently for Princess Cruises, FLYHTStream and S&P Capital IQ. And I had the pleasure of doing some looping on Episode 4 of Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt: Kimmy Goes to the Doctor!
Also my website has been revamped! Now you can easily find the latest news, see recent work, as well as sample my on-camera and voiceover demos. Thank you, Drew Berst and Jen W for the redesign and support.
Finally, I hope this finds all of you doing well and that Spring brings you laughter and room to run. Let me know how you’re doing and, at the very least, tell who’s in your Final Four! I really have to stop picking my teams based on nostalgia.
Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt
Did some work with Loopers Unlimited on Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt. Such a great time - this is from episode 4 "Kimmy Goes to the Doctor!"
